How do I order my student’s pictures?
- We do all ordering online. That means NO paper order forms! You get to see all your photo options before you order and only order what you love!
- Your school should send home a flyer with your log in information and you will receive an email when your photos are ready to view.
- If you text your access code to 90738, you will also receive a text when photos are ready.
- Please note – We use the email address the school provides. If you need additional emails added please contact us – including your student’s name, school, and updated information.
What if I miss picture day?
For fall school portraits, there will be a make-up day at school for anyone who missed the original scheduled day. This is also the day for retakes. If you are unhappy with your student’s photo for any reason, just make sure to come during the make-up time scheduled at school.
There are no make-ups for Spring Portraits or Sports. The only exception is for Seniors who need their banner photo taken or re-taken.
What do I wear?
For school portraits, please check with your school for appropriate attire.
For Sports – please dress in full gear, game & photo ready.
How long does it take to see the proofs?
Your student’s private gallery will be ready to view within 7 days, often much sooner.
When will my order arrive?
- If you have the option of free bulk shipping, there will be a final order date in your gallery information. Orders will be placed the following day. Orders typically ship within a couple days of the close date.
- If you pay for shipping to you, your order will process immediately, and will ship the following day.
